The name ‘Butterfly’ was first coined to describe the Yellow Brimstone Butterfly, a variety commonly seen across Europe. It was actually known as ‘Butter-colored Fly’ and that later became ‘Butterfly’.

There are about 28,000 known Butterfly species throughout the world.

The wings of Butterflies are actually transparent. The vivid colors are due to overlapping bright scales. Butterfly wings are very delicate and can get damaged if handled. The scales too can get rubbed off if touched.

Butterflies cannot fly if their body temperature is less than 86 degrees.

You hate Filipinos for the Hostage Fiasco earlier this week, right? Then should I hate the Chinese people for the Lead Poisoning and Melamine contamination? Where not 8, but hundreds, maybe even thousands have suffered? Is it right to blame a whole nation for a mistake of one man? If you do then you are most certainly DENSE! I don’t want to argue about anything. I’m just stating my take on things.

• They love to sing superrrr.. grrrr..(you knw what’s their fave song? bahay kubo.. leron leron sinta.. and the song Diksyonaryo..  if there will be someone who will sing expect that there will be or all of them will continue it.. take note: even if they have a teacher..:D ( that’s why I told them that we need holy water in our classroom everyday…. its purpose? (read between the lines..)
• nevertheless.. I supeeeeer lurve them.. though they never fail to give me a headache.. as in bad headache.. (no paracetamol can cure it..) the only panacea?… sikretong malufet:))

my wedding day.. this was taken five years ago.. payat  pa aq jan.. infairness:)) my most favorite part was when I was walking down the aisle and my husband was singing david pomeranZ’ “On this day”.. mind you ‘twas my background music while marching..
